Client

JAPAN-RUSSIAN TRAVEL SERVICE agency in cooperation with the Embassy of Japan in Russia.

Goal

The main task was comprehensive assistance in organization of the Tea Ceremony held in the Botanic Physic Garden of the Moscow State University on March 22-24 as part of 2018-2019 Year of Japan in Russia. The area of responsibility covered a wide range of functions, from mounting of the Tea House, the key element of the event, to water delivery. The major requirement was that that project should be implemented timely and without one single groan.

Solution

Actions by RMAA Group team during the preparation and conduction of the event:

  1. Participation in organization of the Tea House structure mounting;
  2. Support in recruitment of technical and service staff;
  3. Provision of properties and delivery of all items;
  4. Provision of seats for event organizers and guests on all days of the event;
  5. Preparation of backline for audio accompaniment of the Tea Ceremony;
  6. Creation of conditions for unimpeded access to water on all days of the event.

During the events, guests could enjoy master classes conducted by the founder and First President of Ikenobo School in Russia, Omote Senke tea ceremony master Yamada Midori and her students.

Result

Regardless of multiple works rescheduling, our agency managed to fulfill all tasks without any losses of quality. Both the Japanese agency and the Embassy of Japan in Russia appreciated the client-oriented approach and prompt work of the RMAA Group team.
