Background

Primordials: Battle of Gods is a pure 1v1 strategy game by Global Dodo Entertainment D.O.O.

Goal

Attract new Russian players to the game within a short campaign window.

Solution

The advertising campaign was implemented in March 2021. Our main task was to find the most suitable Russian bloggers and streamers: channels with 100,000+ subscribers, specialising in strategy-game streams with high CCV.

We focused on medium and large Russian Twitch game streamers.

Over several days in March, there were 6 game streams of Primordials: Battle of Gods, each running longer than 60 minutes.

In addition, we placed banners on the streamers’ channels (on and below the streams) and used a chat-bot to post the link to the game in the comments.

Results

More than 7 hours of Primordials: Battle of Gods streaming.

Over 180,000 stream views.

Yandex Wordstat shows that the number of search queries for “Primordials” increased six-fold in March 2021 compared with February 2021.
