Mineralnye Vody serves a cluster of spa cities including Pyatigorsk, Kislovodsk and Essentuki rather than a single destination. The airport connects to the resort cities by rail and road corridors, so arriving passengers disperse across the whole agglomeration rather than one urban centre.
